Shipping and shipping costs (Germany & worldwide)
- The dispatch will follow immediately for stock articles. In case of delay in delivery for more then 3 days, we will send a message.
- The dispatch of articles out of stock depend on the situation of raw materials and the order situation. In generally we dispatch within two weeks.
- The shipping costs are based on the Price list DHL (Deutsche Post) or DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst). From net order value of 250,- € we deliver to end customers wihtout charge for postage inside Germany.
- Underdelivered or residual goods will be shipped for free in general.
- Voucher: The dispatch of gift vouchers is free of charge.
